DIGIFYGURU is a creative technology studio operated by Solomon Elimihele. We build websites, progressive web apps, AI visuals and commercial films. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean DIGIFYGURU.

We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at solomondigifyguru@gmail.com.

Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name and email address
• Your company name, if you choose to give it
• The type of project you are interested in and your budget range
• Your message, and anything else you decide to include in it

Please do not put sensitive information in the form, such as bank details or government ID numbers. We do not need it to start a conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the servers that host this site record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix faults.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. The site does store a small amount of data in your browser: a copy of the messages you send through the contact form, which stays on your own device, and files saved by the site so it loads faster and still works on a weak connection.

You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry and talk through your project
• Prepare proposals and quotes that you ask for
• Keep sensible records of our correspondence
• Keep the website secure and working properly

We process your information because you chose to contact us, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting the studio website. We will not add you to a mailing list without your agreement, and we do not sell your information.

We share information only with the service providers we need to run this site and handle your enquiry:

• Web3Forms receives your contact form message and delivers it to our email inbox. It may keep a copy for a limited period.
• Google provides the Gmail inbox where your message arrives.
• Vercel hosts the website and records the technical data described above.

These providers handle information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the security of the site. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Our providers run servers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside Nigeria. We choose providers that protect data in transit and in storage, and we share only what is needed for the purpose.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to answer them and to keep sensible business records. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are normally deleted within 24 months. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as our working relationship and our legal and tax obligations require.

Web3Forms may keep a copy of form submissions for a period of its own, which we can shorten in our account settings there. Technical logs kept by our hosting provider are deleted on its own schedule.

Under data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your information
• Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use your information
• Withdraw your consent where we rely on it

To use any of these rights, email solomondigifyguru@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or to the data protection authority in your own country.

We use HTTPS, so information moves between your browser and this site in encrypted form, and we choose providers that encrypt data in storage. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please keep sensitive details out of the contact form.

This website is not aimed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Our pages may link to other websites, such as live project sites and social media profiles. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add analytics or new tools to the site. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the revised policy.
