Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the DIGIFYGURU website and how project work is agreed.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

01Agreeing to these terms

By visiting or using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover your use of the website only. Paid project work is covered by a written proposal or agreement. If the two ever conflict, the project agreement takes priority for that project.

02About the website

DIGIFYGURU is a creative technology studio operated by Solomon Elimihele. This website describes our services and shows examples of our work. Nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice. Pricing, timelines and deliverables are agreed in writing for each project.

03Enquiries and projects

Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract between us. A project begins only when both sides have agreed the scope, price and timeline in writing, and any deposit or first payment described in the proposal has been made.

We may decline an enquiry for any reason, for example if we do not have capacity or the project is not a good fit.

04Our content and intellectual property

The design, text, code, graphics, logo, films and other material on this website belong to DIGIFYGURU or are used with permission, and they are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share its pages by link. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on our material without our written permission.

Names, logos and products of other brands shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners. They appear here only to show our work. Who owns the finished work in a client project is set out in the agreement for that project.

05AI-assisted work

Some of our visuals and films are produced with AI tools, always under human direction and review. AI-generated material can resemble other content, and the law on who owns it differs from country to country. For client projects, we explain how AI is used and how rights are handled in the project agreement. Examples on this website are shown to demonstrate our process and quality.

06Using the website properly

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others
  • Send spam, malware, or harmful, abusive or misleading content through the contact form
  • Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or interfere with its security
  • Access areas meant for authorised use only, including the admin area
  • Use automated tools to copy large parts of the site

We may block access if we believe these rules are being broken.

08Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but it is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions, and we may change or remove content or features at any time without notice.

09Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, DIGIFYGURU and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of this website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for paid project work is dealt with in the agreement for that project.

10Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking it through will be dealt with by the courts of Nigeria.
